Enrollment

You may enroll in high school and dual credit college courses any given day regardless of semester or quarter because we have open enrollment. You do not have to be admitted to the high school diploma program to enroll in courses.

We accept enrollments by mail, fax, or telephone. If you plan to enroll by fax or mail, please use the enrollment form available for download below. If you would like to enroll over the phone, please call (405) 325-1921 or (800) 942-5702 with your credit card number.

If you are planning to use OU High School courses for credit at another high school, you need approval by that school's principal or administrator. Once you complete the course, we will provide a letter of completion to the school you indicate on your enrollment form. It will be the decision of your public or private school administrator if the credit will be accepted and how it will apply to your specific academic requirements. We strongly encourage you to coordinate with your school before enrolling in our courses. You may use the high school permission portion of the enrollment form to document the approval of your school administrator.

The enrollment form is in PDF format. You will need the latest version (version 7.0 or later) Adobe's Acrobat Reader to download and print it. Once you have downloaded the form onto your computer, you may complete the form onscreen by typing in the appropriate information and by clicking on the boxes or radio buttons.

Download the High School Course Enrollment form. This form is just used for enrolling in high school courses. If you want to apply for admission to the OU High School diploma program, you also need to complete and submit the OU High School Admission Application.
