Accreditation

The University of Oklahoma is accredited by the North Central Association's Higher Learning Commission and other accrediting agencies. The OU Center for Independent and Distance Learning is a member of the University Continuing Education Association.

The University of Oklahoma High School, which grants high school diplomas completely through distance learning, is accredited by the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA) and by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement.
